HOW OUR RENTAL PROGRAM WORKS Place your order at chaircoversales.com or by calling 866-916-6568 and your shipment will arrive the day of or the day before your event. Additional fees will apply if overnight shipment is required. You are responsible for payment of the rental, the shipping and the $6.50 per box handling fee. In return, you get a seven day rental. You are responsible for returning the order at the end of the 7-day rental period. When you are finished with the rental, fold the soiled cloths into the boxes provided. Put the Return Label (RS) on each box (1 label per box). Click here to download pricing. We will pay for the return shipping, in the continental US, under the following conditions:
On one of the boxes there will be a clear plastic envelope containing the following:
WE WILL ONLY ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ONLY THOSE ITEMS RETURNED WITH THE RS RETURN LABELS PROVIDED WITH EACH SPECIFIC ORDER. Any RS label returned with linens from an alternate sales order will be assessed an additional $10 fee. Bring boxes to UPS or call UPS at 1-800-pickups (800-742-5877) for pick up. UPS will charge you a normal pick up fee for this service. IMPORTANT: The labels are valuable so do not loose them. Missing labels must be reported the date that the boxes are delivered or a $10 per label fee will be charged to send new labels. Do not send rentals back C.O.D. or freight charges will be billed back to your account. (NOTE~ you will still be responsible for getting the linens to UPS at the end of the seven-day rental period. If the rentals are not returned at the end of the seven-day period, you will be charged an additional weekly rental fee and/or replacement costs. HOW WE OPERATE: Orders will be processed as they are received. All orders received are considered firm. Chaircoversales must approve all cancelation requests. Any orders that have been processed may not be cancelled. Upon approval for cancellation, a fax confirmation will be sent. Changes made to orders one hour after being placed are subject to approval by chaircoversales. All additions made more than one hour later that the original order will be shipped separately. No changes or cancelations are accepted for Next Day Orders or Specialty Items (custom sizes and items not on our price list). Chaircoversales is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected delivers due to freight carrier errors. If boxes are damaged notify freight carrier immediately. A handling fee of $6.50 is assessed on all boxes leaving our factory. Prices are subject to change without notice. Chaircoversales is not responsible for color variations due to dye lot differences. |
